
Tshediso Pudumo
Mr. Tshediso Pudumo is currently employed at the Nova Institute as Operations Manager. He has more than 12 years’ experience working on community projects and more than 5 years of experience in the management of Nova area coordinators and fieldworkers. Mr Pudumo has been part of numerous community liaisons and stakeholder engagement processes at community, municipal and regional levels. He has particular experience in the focus areas of community surveys, offset programme interventions and offset feasibility and pilot project management.
Mr Pudumo completed his MTh in Practical Theology in 2020. He believes that the consideration of both the spiritual and physical aspects of human life is necessary to find practical ways to improve the wellbeing of people, particularly those who struggle as a result of poverty.
The recent assignment entailed coordinating the air quality offset baseline and feasibility study activities for three smelters in the following communities: S1 Rustenburg (Bokamoso, Kroondal & Mfidikwe); S2 Mantserre, Northam & Sefikile and S3 Smashblock. Overseeing the roles of project coordinators, recruitment & training of fieldworkers and households. Managing the timeline of multiple project activities. Assisting the client with stakeholder consultation.
