Lize is a highly positive, hardworking, and meticulous professional. She joined the Nova team in April 2014 as Assistant Financial Manager. In her current role, she assists with audit preparation, bookkeeping, providing projects with financial information, asset tracking, adherence to financial procedures, filing, processing payments, managing claims and settlements, and procurement assistance.

Lize's previous work experience includes serving as a senior financial clerk at the Department of Finance. She also performed various financial, administrative, and personal assistant roles at Snyman en Vennote from 2000 to 2010 and worked as a Financial Administrator at Langelectrical from 2011 to 2014.

Lize matriculated from Hoërskool Silverton in 1987. She has two children, Beyers and Deona, and enjoys reading in her spare time.
