Lindiwe serves as a Quality Control Officer, specialising in telephonic quality control. Her proficiency in multiple languages enables effective communication with diverse individuals across various projects and operational areas within Nova.

Lindiwe grew up in Pretoria and graduated at Bonginsimbi High School. After high school, Lindiwe did a Diploma Course in Marketing at the Technicon of Pretoria with Marketing, Communication in English, Economics, Consumer Behaviour, Accounting for Marketers, Personal Selling, End User Computer, Law for Marketers and Quantitative Techniques as some of the most important subjects.

In her spare time Lindiwe spends her time reading, listening to music and enjoying sports.
