Kgomotso is dedicated and determined individual who believes in hard work. She completed her matric in 2009 and did Microsoft Office at Phoka IT Training in 2011. She also did security grades and obtained a PSIRA certificate whereafter she worked as a control room operator at RATA BATHO Security Services.

In 2020 she joined Nova Institute as a field worker and was subsequently promoted to a Project Coordinator in 2023. After realising that she want to pursue her studies in this field she started with a Higher Certificate in Management in 2024.
