
Jeanette Pauw
Jeanette Pauw earned her MSc in Mathematical Statistics from the University of South Africa in 1999. Her passion for statistics spans both theoretical mathematical statistics and practical statistical consultation. Throughout her career, she has held academic positions at UNISA, the University of Pretoria, and Nelson Mandela University, where she taught a variety of statistics modules and provided statistical consulting for postgraduate students and researchers.
She believes that an effective statistical consultant must have a strong theoretical foundation combined with the creativity to apply statistical principles in real-world contexts. Jeanette has worked across various application fields, with a particular interest in using multivariate techniques in disciplines such as ecology.
