Project Coordinator
After completing matric in Kwazamokuhle secondary school, Mbally furthered her studies with the NATED course in Instrumentation in 2014, obtaining a computer literacy certificate. In the year 2018 she attained her qualification as a community health care worker.
Mbally gained experience as a Nova survey worker on various projects since 2014. She finally joined Nova as Assistant Project Coordinator in September 2017. Her responsibilities at Nova included interaction with stakeholders, supervising fieldwork, issue resolution, incubation of local management units on offset projects and administration of household record data.
In 2021 Mbally accepted a position as a Project Coordinator. She executed various projects in air quality offsets programmes and facilitated teams to achieve targeted performance with budget compliance. She has exceptional communication skills, strong leadership capabilities and is result orientated.
She is currently enrolled with MANCOSA for Bachelor of Commerce degree in Project Management.
She describes her strengths as planning, organising, leading, and monitoring. Her work at Nova has enabled her to work with people from diverse cultures.
