Analyst
Liam finished his secondary education at Point High School in Mossel Bay where he was actively involved with the Mossel Bay Surf Life Saving Club, Scouts South Africa, and the Mossel Bay Sailing Club. Liam then completed a BSc (Hons) Environmental Science degree at the University of Pretoria in 2019. During his studies he gained exposure to scientific methodology in a complex, multi-disciplinary field and developed skills in topics such as GIS and data analysis. Before joining Nova, Liam worked as a GIS surveyor and as a part time English teacher.
In 2021 Liam worked with Nova on a project involving the remote sensing and spatial analysis of veld fires. Following this, he joined Nova on a full-time basis as an analyst, primarily involved in various data analysis tasks, air-quality dispersion modelling, and reporting.
Liam currently resides in Mossel Bay and works at the Hartenbos office. He enjoys spending the occasional Saturday taking a walk in the nearby Mountains or enjoying a braai with friends.
